The account name was wrong and I can’t fill in the account postcode

I recently received my next year water bill. But I found out the name was wrong - Mr Sut Lin, actually my name is Mr Shu-Ting Lin. And second things want I log in my account, I couldn’t fill in my account post code. So I can’t log in. So can someone help my to solve this issue. My account number is 900024817637. My contact number 07472096578. I wanna to pay this bill ASAP. I really want hear your ASAP. Thanks a lot!

I have the same problem.  They have my last name incorrect.

To change the routerlogin net admin password admin, head over to routerlogin.net web address. Doing so will strengthen the security of your router.
